EXVENTYS carries out studies, advice and sourcing of products or processes comprising polymers.

EXVENTYS considers that data protection is a serious issue. Therefore, personal data are collected only in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Within the framework of the implementation of the General Regulations on Data Protection (RGPD), we inform you of our policy regarding the processing of your personal data.

EXVENTYS may need to process your personal data in order to provide its services and always does so with the utmost care. The purpose of this policy is to describe how EXVENTYS processes your personal data.

Use of personal data collected

Personal data
Any information which directly or indirectly identifies a natural person is considered as personal data. Collection, processing and use of personal data on the Exventys and Archimedys website
As soon as a user accesses the EXVENTYS and ARCHIMEDYS websites, the data is recorded in a log file. The following data is stored temporarily:

– Client’s operating system and its version

In order to use the EXVENTYS and Archimedys websites, it may be necessary for EXVENTYS’ servers to set cookies. These cookies are used for the technical administration of the website. When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, your IP address and your browser’s user agent are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using the service. The Gravatar Service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After validating your comment, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS coordinate data. Visitors to your website can download and extract location data from these images.

Contact forms

Cookies

How we protect your data
EXVENTYS is a company providing design and sourcing of polymer products. As far as its services are concerned, EXVENTYS is required to comply with the secrecy of correspondence and is subject to the rules laid down by Law n°78.17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to information technology, files and liberties. All EXVENTYS employees have been informed of the respect of data confidentiality. With the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD) on 25 May 2018, EXVENTYS must comply with new obligations regarding the processing of personal data.

The main objective of these rules is to raise awareness of companies on the processing of personal data. In addition, the aim is to improve the protection of personal data.

By implementing security measures of a technical and organisational nature, EXVENTYS does its utmost to protect personal data and to prevent their loss or misuse. Personal data is only processed in systems that are protected by appropriate security measures.

Shipping and recipient data

1.1 Transmission and processing
In order to carry out the manufacturing services and thus respect the contracts with its customers, EXVENTYS needs the recipient’s data (name, address, postal code, place, country, e-mail address, telephone number). Compliance with the applicable legal regulations relating to data confidentiality is a primary obligation of EXVENTYS.

The recipient’s data transmitted to EXVENTYS as well as the interface documents are processed and saved by EXVENTYS.

EXVENTYS uses personal and recipient data only in the context of the execution of its contractual obligations. Any other use is prohibited. EXVENTYS will not sell or make personal data available to anyone.

1.2 Information and transmission of data
In general, only persons connected with the realization of the products are authorized to receive information. EXVENTYS only provides the information to third parties (e.g. public authorities) in case of legal obligations.

1.3 Retention and deletion of data
The documents, information, e-mail, addresses and any other data related to the realization of the product are kept in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Archived data is stored on storage media accessible only to authorized personnel. At the end of the legal retention period, the data is deleted.

1.4 Transmission of information by e -mail :
If you wish to contact us by unencrypted e-mail, please note that the confidentiality of the information transmitted cannot be guaranteed. Unencrypted e-mails can be read by unauthorized third parties.
