Onze klant ondervond technische problemen met de ophanging van deze stalen schroef, die de structuur kon schuren en slijten, evenals problemen met corrosie, herhaalbaarheid van dosering en, bovenal, onderhoud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat te doen bij breuk of abnormale slijtage?  Archimedys\u2122 biedt een originele oplossing. Dankzij het ontwerp van het technische polymeer zijn er geen tussenlagers nodig, wat het ontwerp vereenvoudigt. De aard van het materiaal maakt de schroef volledig ongevoelig voor corrosie. De maatnauwkeurigheid van de modules, verkregen door het gieten, betekent dat het debiet van de schroef zeer herhaalbaar is, wat essentieel is voor een correcte dosering. De Archimedesschroef wordt vervaardigd door standaardcomponenten te assembleren om alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden te vergemakkelijken: alleen modules die mogelijk beschadigd zijn, worden zeer snel vervangen, waardoor stilstand wordt voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De modules zijn uit voorraad leverbaar en kunnen wereldwijd worden geleverd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archimedys.fr\/nl\/materiaux\/\">Een materialendatabase<\/a> is beschikbaar om u te helpen bij het dimensioneren van uw schroef.
