It is elevated to a height of 4 m by a series of two 45\u00b0 inclined, cascading and misaligned conveyors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No more problems with steel screws<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nmodularity of the Archimedys\u2122 principle made it possible to adjust the conveyor profile\nto avoid any jamming when transferring material from the loading hopper\nwithout the need for intermediate bearings on the 10-meter long\nconveyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Archimedys\nArchimedys\u2122 screw adapts perfectly to any configuration. The&nbsp;<strong>polymer<\/strong>,\nused in its manufacture, is highly resistant to abrasion,\noften three times that of steel. This makes it possible to\nlong conveyors without intermediate bearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Featuring a simple, compact design, the Archimedys\u2122 screw is lighter than a steel screw. This facilitates the installation of rooftop conveyors... The screw is simply built, without any welding, by assembling standard modules directly on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improved maintenance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On the maintenance side, the benefits are\nare also considerable! In fact, only damaged modules are replaced\nand put back on the axle in case of wear, not the whole screw. This makes\nmaintenance operations are very quick and simple. Maintenance costs and\nmaintenance times are considerably reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Archimedys\u2122, a technological revolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantages of the Archimedys\u2122 modular screw are such that every day more and more manufacturers decide to abandon steel in favor of the Archimedys system.
