On the one hand, by using tools available free of charge on the Archimedys™ website to calculate the dimensioning and motorization of a screw conveyor according to the specific characteristics of the material. This is because.., Archimedys™ has developed an online calculator and database of materials typically transported by conveyors. Nearly 500 materials are already listed, enabling the calculator to be pre-filled with a single click.
On the other hand, by providing a test conveyor at our customers' premises for testing purposes. This was the case for one of our customers, who was able to easily adjust the profile of the screw to obtain the best conditions for transporting the product!
Archimedys™ and its many benefits

Featuring a simple, compact design, the Archimedys™ screw is lighter than a steel screw. This makes it much easier to install. The screw is built simply, without any welding, by assembling standard modules directly on site. What's more, if damaged, the modules are replaced in the event of an accident. The technopolymer used in its manufacture is highly resistant to corrosion. Its abrasion resistance is often three times greater than that of steel.
