The axes

Pins are standard mechanics available from your usual supplier. They form the core of the Archimedes screws. The standard length is three meters. Beyond 3 meters, the pins are butt-jointed by machining.

Steel grades are steel C35, stainless steel 304 L

Trunnions

On request, we manufacture the trunnions, pins, keyways and other mechanical parts needed to motorize the screw, as well as any other mechanical part required for the construction of your conveyor.
