Archimedys™ is a modular polymer Archimedes screw. The material of which it is made frees it from the disadvantages encountered when using a steel screw.

Numerous advantages

The advantages of our solution are numerous. The use of a plastic screw eliminates the problems of corrosion, abrasion and chemical damage. Maintenance operations are simplified to the extreme thanks to the modular design: there's no need to replace the entire screw, just the damaged modules. Our solution eliminates the need for intermediate bearings in most cases.

Many manufacturers of steel screws, screw conveyors or simply refurbishment turn to our concept, being able to solve special requirements that cannot be met by using a conventional steel screw.
